PLAY GOLF LONGER

A 90-minute Small group workshop for GOLFERS focused on long-term performance

Price: $250 flat per foursome (four people)
Location: Gymbox Studio

Play Golf Longer is a private, small-group workshop for golfers who want to improve mobility, power, balance, and long-term durability in their swing. Sessions are four people, so we can give real coaching attention to everyone in the room.

Play Golf Longer is part of the Avos Strength Longevity Series, designed to help active adults continue participating in the sports they love for years to come. This workshop is currently offered privately for groups of four, whether that's your regular foursome, a few friends, or a small group of coworkers you'd like to bring together.

Workshop Topics Included:

  • Movement & mobility testing

  • Guided drills and exercises

  • Practical strength and power strategies for the golf swing

  • The Golf Longevity Playbook digital handbook

WHY THIS WORKSHOP EXISTS

Most golfers do not stop playing because they lose their love for the game.

They stop because their body gradually loses the capacity to handle the demands of the swing.

For many adult golfers, this looks like:

  • a shorter, more restricted backswing

  • low back stiffness or soreness after a round

  • losing distance year over year

  • tightness through the hips or shoulders

  • feeling less confident or stable over the ball

The good news is that many of these physical qualities remain highly trainable. This workshop was designed to provide practical, actionable strategies that recreational golfers can immediately begin applying.

THE 4 PILLARS OF golf LONGEVITY

Every pillar below connects back to one idea: the stack, how the ribcage and pelvis work together to allow a genuine, powerful turn.

  1. Rotational Mobility (Hips & Thorax)
Improve backswing depth, protect the low back, and unlock more clubhead speed.

  2. Power
Maintain clubhead speed, explosiveness, and distance off the tee.

  3. Core & Anti-Rotation Stability
Protect the low back and transfer force from the legs through the swing.

  4. Single-Leg Control & Balance
Support balance, the finish position, and long-term knee and hip health.

INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP FORMAT

This is not a lecture-only seminar.

The workshop is designed to be:

  • hands-on

  • practical

  • movement-based

  • interactive

Participants will go through:

  • self-assessments

  • movement demonstrations

  • mobility drills

  • practical strength and conditioning concepts

The goal is to leave with tools that can realistically be implemented immediately.

Keeping it to a foursome means more individual coaching time and more direct feedback for everyone in the group.

WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS DESIGNED FOR

Whether you're currently playing recreational golf, returning to the game after years away, or simply trying to continue playing and competing as you get older, this workshop is designed to help you better prepare your body for the demands of the swing.

The workshop is practical, interactive, and appropriate for a wide range of adult golfers, from weekend players to former competitive golfers looking to continue performing and feeling good on the course long-term.

You do not stop playing golf because you get older.

You stop when your body can no longer handle the demands of the golf swing.
