Training Policies & Expectations

At Avos Strength, our goal is to provide high-quality coaching in a structured, consistent, and respectful training environment. The policies below are in place to ensure clarity for clients and coaches, and to support effective long-term progress.

Training Blocks & Program Design

All programs are designed to be completed within a four-week training block. This applies to in-person training, custom program design, and hybrid services.

Extensions beyond the four-week block are not guaranteed and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances. Clients are encouraged to plan their training and scheduling accordingly to get the most out of each block.

Package Rates & Billing

Package rates are based on completing the associated number of sessions within the four-week training block.

If fewer sessions are completed, billing may be adjusted to reflect the appropriate package tier or single-session rate based on sessions completed. If you anticipate travel or time away, it is your responsibility to communicate this in advance so expectations can be set appropriately.

All sessions and services must be paid in full upon receipt of invoice and before the start of the training block, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Scheduling & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for booking and attending their scheduled sessions. This is especially important for hybrid training clients, where program design is paired with a set number of in-person sessions per block.

In-person sessions must be completed within the four-week block and cannot be carried over.

Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations to avoid being charged for the session. This policy applies to all sessions, including two-on-one training.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at the full session rate.

Two-on-One Training Expectations

For two-on-one sessions, both individuals are expected to arrive prepared and ready to train. This is particularly important when training programs differ between participants.

If one individual cannot attend a scheduled two-on-one session, advance notice must be provided. With appropriate notice, the remaining individual may train at the single-session rate. Without proper notice, the session will be charged as a two-on-one session.

Clients are responsible for setting up and putting away their equipment so sessions can run efficiently and on time.

Policy Updates

Policies may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services or operations. Any significant updates will be communicated in advance.
