1-on-1 Training

We build your foundation from the ground up, offering specific training that is personalized to your needs, injuries, and past training history. Every exercise has a purpose and exercise prescription is based on your goals and limitations. Training is a skill that needs to be learned. You will not only improve physically, but also begin to develop the same passion for training that we have.

 

Group Training

This is semi private training. You create the group; whether it is a best friend or two or three, or your significant other - Group training is great way to keep you accountable, and on track as you continue to work on skills specific to your individual needs and goals.

 

Program Design + Hybrid Training

Do you train from home or have access to a gym? Or are you an athlete who would like a strength and conditioning program specific to the demands of your sport? Programs are made specifically to your training needs, weaknesses, gym equipment and skill level. Your program is delivered to you through an app, that allows you to track your progress, make comments and communicate with your coach. We encourage you to send videos via the app for your coach to provide feedback to you. You can either train independently or do Hybrid Training which includes 1 to 4 private training sessions per month.

 

Boxing

Learn the basics of the ‘sweet science’ or refine your technical fight skills from a coach who has competed at the National level. All ages are welcome. In our opinion, there is no better conditioning than a boxing session. It’s also a lot of fun to hit something!

Additional services that we offer are corporate group training, youth training, athletic team training and programming, gym design and equipment purchase consulting.
