Performance Consulting & Analytics
Expert guidance on using performance data to inform training strategy. We work with coaching staff to develop and refine sport-specific testing batteries, interpret key metrics, and recommend periodization adjustments, all grounded in the latest research. Every training decision is backed by solid data, driving real improvements and competitive peaking. Curious what this looks like in practice? See our Performance Battery testing protocol.
Team Training For Performance/Programming
We provide group training for teams, both in person in small groups and through custom programming teams can follow on their own. We work with your team's coach to build a program based on the Yearly Training Plan (YTP) for your sport, so training peaks for major competitions and targets the physical qualities research shows matter most for performance.
Corporate Group TRAINING
There's no better way to build team cohesion than training together in a fun, low-pressure environment. If you have a gym on site or a park nearby, we can make it happen, whether you're looking for lunchtime or after-work sessions. Contact us for details.
Youth Training
Develop the skills to excel in sport and move well for life. Physical literacy and fundamental movement skills, like jumping, landing, changing direction, and throwing, round out an athlete's abilities, improve performance, and reduce injury risk. Research shows youth benefit from a wide variety of movement stimuli rather than early sport specialization. Small group and team training are also available through our Group Training program.
Gym design and equipment purchase consulting
Have a home gym or facility you'd like designed? We offer consulting on gym layout and equipment selection based on your space, needs, and budget. Evelyn's first career was in architecture and engineering, working for an architectural firm for three years, and she brings that background to help design a gym that actually works for how you train.
