PLAY HOCKEY LONGER
A 90-minute interactive workshop for adult hockey players focused on mobility, strength, conditioning, and long-term performance.
June 17th at 11:30am - 1:00pm
Gymbox Athletic Club
Limited to 16 participants
WHY THIS WORKSHOP EXISTS
Most hockey players do not stop playing because they lose their love for the sport.
They stop because their body gradually loses the ability to tolerate the demands of the game.
For many adult players, this looks like:
slower recovery
stiffness
recurring aches and pains
reduced speed and explosiveness
feeling “older” on the ice
The good news is that many of these physical qualities remain highly trainable.
This workshop was designed to provide practical, actionable strategies that recreational hockey players can immediately begin applying.
